Learn More About Our Office and Buses

Souris Basin Transportation moved into its new garage/office building at 805 31st St SE in Minot, ND after the building at our old location, 309 1st Ave. NE was damaged in the 2011 Minot flood. The main floor received 52” of water and mud. We were able to wade through the flooded streets and do an initial damage inspection on July 12, 2011. Quick response by contractors, we were able to park and operate the buses from the building on August 1, 2011. 


We are truly grateful for the Minot Commission Aging hospitality for our temporary dispatch office quarters during those six months. Thanks also go out to the volunteers who assisted in the repairs of the building and the patience of our employees, staff, and riders until we were able to move into our new building.
