We have all heard the saying "All dressed up, but no place to go." Perhaps this saying would be more correct if changed to: "Lots of places to go, but no way to get there." If this has ever been the case for you, then Souris Basin Transportation may be the answer you have been looking for. 

Souris Basin Transportation is a non-profit corporation, that operates a rural public transportation system covering 10,462 square miles in a seven-county area of north central North Dakota. The transportation system is open to the general public but caters to the elderly and people with special needs. 

The transportation system utilizes twelve buses equipped with wheelchair lifts and seven vans. These vehicles provide transportation to hundreds of people each month on demand response (Dial-A-Ride) or a deviated route type schedule. Souris Basin Transportation operates 14 different routes at present. Please use the links below for routes and times. All routes to Minot, ND connect with all the commercial bus lines, airlines, and Amtrak, so you can get where you need to go, easily and comfortably.

The office hours in Minot are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Souris Basic Public Transportation is closed for New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
